How to Kiss a Girl-Become an Amazing Kisser

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

By Terry Penney Tip Number 1 - Good Breath The first step to a successful kiss is good breath. That shouldn’t be a secret for any man who wants a good and long relationship with a girl he’s into. So if you’re taking her out for dinner make sure you keep a piece of gum or mint in your pocket! Always think ahead, a bad breath isn’t a good excuse no to kiss, therefore you must carry a gum, and pop some in your mouth as soon as you finish your meal. Tip Number 2 - Take it Easy A lot of guys get nervous when it’s their first time to kiss a girl, they know how to do it theoretically, but lack experience. That’s a common problem, but despite what you think stay calm and confident, women like confident men and if you won’t look nervous, won’t move too quickly you will do fine! Tip Number 3 - Never Ask This is not what you should do! Never ask, women like men in charge, no matter what you think, but it’s a proven fact. Instead of asking, find a perfect moment. Check her body language: if her body is leaning toward, or touching yours, and she is smiling, biting her lip, or playing with her hair, chances are that she’s interested in you. These are only a few tips out of many that a real man should know. Remember there are no bad kissers, there are only guys who lack experience, take action and practice, you can become a good kisser in no time. Terry Penney shares many secret tips on how to kiss a girl and make your female partner beg for more at her personal blog - http://howtokissagirl.blogspot.com/ Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Terry_Penney http://EzineArticles.com/?How-to-Kiss-a-Girl-Become-an-Amazing-Kisser&id=418417 can i buy phentermine online buy phentermine 180 phentermine 37.5 online prescription buy phentermine with cod

Dental Implant Periodicals

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

By Kevin Stith Dental implant periodicals provide information on dental implant and related articles. They include several types of publications such as magazines, newspapers, and scholarly journals. They are published weekly, biweekly, or monthly by professional dental organizations, experts in the field, an academic or research institution or a scholarly press. A large number of dental implant periodicals are published throughout the world. They are available in both printed and electronic formats. Most popular dental implant periodicals are dental implant magazines. Dental implant magazines are a type of dental periodicals that contains materials that are of interest both to patients and the dentists. These periodicals contain articles by recognized experts in the field (usually oral dentists and periodontists). They contain lots of pictures and graphics on dental implants. Magazines and periodicals are the best sources to get up-to-date information on dental implants. Thousands of articles are published each year in various dental periodicals. Many are well-written and are solidly supported with laboratory and clinical researches. They convey ideas, techniques or product evaluations, which can be of worth in the practice of dentistry. In addition to articles by recognized experts, dental implant periodicals contain comments on recent developments in the field (especially recent cases), reviews of recently published books and other information of interest. Dental implant periodicals also contain advertisements and drug information. They greatly help the students doing research related work. The variety of viewpoints presented through periodicals makes them a helpful source of information. By nature, these periodicals are likely to focus on narrower topics than books. Scholarly articles contribute to the knowledge on specific topics. However, many periodicals contain poorly written articles, without substantiating research; they are often misleading and have little value as scientific literature. Dental Implants provides detailed information on Dental Implants, Costs of Dental Implants, Dental Implants in Las Vegas, Dental Implants in Los Angeles and more. Dental Implants is affiliated with Software For Dentists. A Christian’s Problem With Time On Judgment Day

Monday, January 28th, 2008

By David Becker A Christian’s problem with time on Judgment Day can be calculated using simple math… A person that lives to be 70 years old will spend 23 years 7 months Sleeping (8 hrs a night) 1 year 3 months Bathing(3 hrs a week) 3 years 0 months Bathroom (1 hr) 4 years 4 months Eating (2 hr ) 4 years 4 months Food prep or seeking (2 hr a day) 23 years 7 months Work or school (8 hrs a day) 4 years 4 months TV watching (2 hrs a day ) 4 years 4 months Travel (2 hrs a day) A basic life, lived 70 years without vacations, games, family times, entertainment, or hobbies spends about 68 years and 7 months just surviving. When a Christian faces Jesus Christ on his Judgment Day, if he has not been prudent with his time of life and faithful to the keeping of Sabbath, he will be testifying about the works of the LORD GOD he did in his life for only 1 year and three months. If that 70 year old has been faithful to the LORD GODs Word, and taken one day out for Holy Sabbath every seventh day, then he has 10 years and 1 month that he can present to the Jesus Christ as evidence of focusing on the things for the Kingdom of God. If that 70 year old Christian has allowed the Will of God to work through him and complete the works He has directed, time becomes irrevlevant and unmeasurable as His Movement accomplishes the Things He Wills. The resulting works will be brought to the throne of Jesus Christ, and weighed for reward. Its a matter of time, and a matter of weighing the results that are created through the use of that time. Christians must dedicate every free moment of time to do the Things of the LORD GOD. It is that product of our dedication that will be presented before Jesus on the day He asks for an accounting of our Works for Him. 2006 David “Bucker” Becker - All Rights Reserved Worldwide. 7 Stages Of Online Dating (Part 1)

Sunday, January 27th, 2008

By Ben R. So, you’ve just put up a profile on some online dating or social networking site. Or maybe you’ve been online for awhile now, and you think you know the ropes pretty good, right? I’m going to enlighten you on what both sexes have to worry about online and what both sexes have to go thru so you know the truth for once! For one of the online dating guide books I’m writing for guys, I have, for the last 2 years, been on about 35 different dating websites meeting and getting to know women and discovering the true art of online dating or online meeting people. What I have learned about men and women is equivalent to a Ph.D. from Harvard on human behavior, sexuality, and psychology. The biggest things ALL guys have to worry about are women using fake pictures that aren’t them and lying about their age online - usually they’re older than they say. (Note: The 3 things women lie about the most offline is their real age, weight, and dress size.) The biggest thing women have to worry about guys online is they’re married or have a girlfriend, outdated pictures, and of course their own personal safety. (Note: The 3 things guys lie about the most offline is how much they really make, how big their penis is, and how long they can last in bed.) If a guy says he makes $40K, a FedEx driver, says he has an average size thingy, and can last about 15 minutes, he’s probably telling you the truth ladies! 1/2 of all single Americans are now or have been online dating. Why you ask? Because the bar, nightclub and dating scene just gets old eventually. Maybe it takes you until you’re 25, 30, 35, maybe 40 years old, but it will eventually get old believe me. It’s not so much in going out and partying that gets old, but more looking and hoping to meet some hot and great person that you want to date, hook up with, or marry down the road. Having to hear the same drunk meatheads hit on you or grab you. Or for guys look around and see the same unappealing women out and about The intelligent single person of the 21st century also knows it’s a numbers game. (I don’t mean sleeping around or trying to get a lot of action either for all you players and playettes. Ladies, you have all heard you have to kiss a lot of toads to find your prince, right? Well, online you can kiss hundreds maybe even a thousand times more toads in a tenth of the time you ever could offline. I personally know within minutes of reading most profiles, if any woman has a chance or not with me to go to the next levels. I will explain in greater detail in a few moments. From just talking on the phone or IMing with a woman for an hour or so, I can tell if there is some good chemistry or any kind of anything in the future. I have just honed in on my “Spidey Senses” so much now, and I don’t want to waste even a minute of my time or another person’s if I don’t think anything will ever come of it. This is not rude or mean at all. It’s the right and honest thing to do I believe. You’re not leading on someone, wasting their time, or setting them up to really get their feelings hurt. Too much of that crap happening already without you contributing to it with all the heartless, selfish, ungiving, and cheating people in the world today and online. What are the 7 stages of online dating and what happens in each stage? Stage 1 In this stage someone winks at you, shows interests in you by posting a comment on your profile, or invites you to their network of friends. Whatever dating site you’re on, they all have similar type features. What does this stage mean? Not a whole lot. The person obviously didn’t think enough of you or at least not yet to actually take the time and email you. So in our ADD/lazy ass society we just click a button or two to let you know we checked out your profile (Usually that’s a lie. They saw your pictures and then on a purely physically based decision they contacted you because of that). Then, we hope the other person sees that we commented or invited them to our network and they make the next move back or take it to the next stage - to email you. Basically the person is trolling the whole ocean looking for a few bites and thinking even a broken watch is right twice a day! Sound familiar? Stage 2 In this stage, someone actually thought enough of your pictures and/or profile to take the time to email you their opinions, curiosity, or interest in you using your dating sites email account. This is the safe, secure way because you’re not letting that person into your life at all, and they can only contact you thru that dating site; not your personal email account that you only share with friends, family, business associates, or people you trust at least a little. What does this stage mean? Well, the person took the time out of their day to email you something which is a good thing sometimes and shows their level of interest is now past stage 1. The email could be something crude, lude, sexual, sweet, nice, funny, romantic, flattering, etc. so the jury’s out on whether what they send you is a good or bad thing. But unlike a posted comment or invite many people will at least reply back to someone’s email that took the time to email them, so if you want to get to know someone I would do this stage for sure. Stage 3 In this stage, mutual cooperation is usually needed because you exchange (or one of you gives the other) you’re personal email address. Unless of course the person has their personal email address, which most sites block from showing if you try but some people put their personal email addresses on their site so you can contact directly that way. What does this stage mean? Well, you just let them into your little world a tad bit. Now you can exchange pictures with each other as well as use emoticons and different font styles to get your email message to them more convincingly. That person also, with very little effort, can track down where your internet connection is coming from meaning city/state. It’s a good thing to find out to see if someone’s lying about where they live or bad if you don’t want to give out the city/state of where you live for safety reasons if you’re like a porn star, model, or someone in the media and would be prone to get whacko’s and stalker types. Keep a look out for Part 2, with further explanations of stages 4-7 about online dating. Unsecured Personal Loan For Tenant: One Loan With Multiple Benefits

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Daniel_Johns]Daniel Johns Our financial priorities keep on changing with the passing of every day. We need high income to keep a balance between our needs and expenditure. Sometimes, sudden financial obligation disturbs the rhythm of our lives. In those situations, loans come as rescuers and save the situation for us. A homeowner can easily opt for a secured personal loan as he can offer his home against collateral, but, what about a tenant? Well, a tenant can go for an unsecured personal loan. An unsecured personal loan can be availed easily as there is no need to offer any collateral. The unavailability of collateral paves the way for quick approval process as lesser paper work is involved in it. A borrowers credit score plays the most vital role in the approval of big loan amount. The absence of any sort of collateral elevates the risk of lenders. To stay on the safe side, a lender charges high interest rate with bigger monthly instalments and a borrower is allowed to repay the loan amount in shorter repayment period. Unsecured personal loans can be availed by the people with low credit score or bad credit history. Unsecured personal loan is a multipurpose loan. A borrower can use it for home improvement, wedding, debt consolidation etc. You can check the various loan options through Internet because it is not possible to meet each lender individually. There are numerous loan websites which can provide enough information to choose the best suited option. Determining the Full Cost of Gastric Bypass Surgery

Friday, January 25th, 2008

By Jonni Good The cost of gastric bypass surgery can vary widely, depending on the type of surgery performed and whether or not your insurance will help pay for it. Other factors include the length of time you have to stay in the hospital, and whether or not any complications develop that require a second surgery. When there are no complications, the most common form of weight loss surgery, the laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery, can cost from $25,000 to $35,000, or more. The less invasive Lap-Band surgery may cost from $17,000 to $25,000. If your insurance covers these procedures, your out-of-pocket costs will be significantly reduced, and should be limited to your deductible and copays, plus the cost of any incidental procedures that are not covered. The costs of any surgery will go up with complications, especially if a new operation is required or if you need to stay in the hospital longer. More insurance companies are now paying for the surgery, but they do usually have strict requirements for eligibility, and pre-approval is almost always needed. If an insurance plan does cover these procedures, they will usually limit their coverage to one or a few specific types of surgery, most commonly the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass procedure. These limitations are based on a review of available safety studies. Even though many large insurance companies are now offering coverage for weight loss surgery, many employers do not purchase policies that cover the cost of gastric bypass surgery or other weight loss treatment because of the additional cost. Since your insurance company may require extensive pre-surgical counseling prior to giving you approval for surgery, you should find out in advance if the pre-treatment program they require is covered under your policy. They may pay only for the surgery itself, and you may be responsible for everything else. Its always wise to find out in advance. The obesity center will be able to tell you what the pretreatment program will cost, and theyll be happy to contact the insurance company on your behalf to find out if their claims will be allowed. What if there are complications? If you insurance doesn’t cover the procedure, they will probably not cover any treatment that is needed if complications arise. This is often overlooked by gastric bypass patients, who budget only for the surgery in a best-case scenario and assume that if they need to go back to the hospital, because of a gallbladder infection for instance, their insurance will pick up the cost. Be sure to call your insurance companys customer service line before your surgery to find out what your contract will cover. Complications can include such things as leakage, infections and gall-stones. Be sure to have a frank conversation with the counselor at the surgical center so you will have a good understanding of all potential complications, along with their risks and costs. Other costs to consider are any long-term follow up sessions that may be needed in order to prevent nutritional imbalances, and counseling that may be required to make sure you don’t regain any weight. Almost all surgeons suggest ongoing nutritional counseling, and the cost for this necessary assistance may not be covered by your insurance. Finding out if gastric bypass is covered by your insurance: Even if your obesity center calls your insurance company for you, you should also call the health insurance company to make sure you understand your coverage and your options. Also, in case of a future disagreement with your insurance company, you should make a note of the day and time of your call and the name of the representative who quotes your benefits. If you make a decision based on this quote and claims are later denied, you may be able to appeal. This may not be allowed if you get your information only through your surgeons office. To see if your policy covers weight loss surgery, find the chapter in your benefit booklet that lists contract exclusions. An exclusion is a service or diagnosis that the insurance contract will not pay for, regardless of medical necessity. Some plans exclude any claim with a diagnosis of obesity. This would include all weight loss surgery and counseling, so youll have to look elsewhere for financial assistance. Other plans exclude weight loss treatment, but this may only apply to diet pills and self-help programs. If you find this language in your benefit booklet, youll need to find out how they define weight loss treatment. Ask your surgeons office for the billing code they will use for the surgery you are considering, and then call the insurance company and ask if that code is covered. One common billing code (CPT Code) used for Roux-en-Y gastric bypass is 43846. If the billing code is not covered, ask them if its because all weight loss surgery is excluded, or just the procedure you asked about. You may be able to find another type of surgery that they will allow, with certain restrictions. If your insurance policy does cover gastric bypass surgery, with specific restrictions or special requirements, find out if these requirements are in writing. In newer policies the specific requirements will be printed in your benefit booklet or on your company’s intranet site. One common restriction is the requirement that you have all your pretreatment counseling and your surgery at a Center of Excellence. If this is the case, find out which obesity center in your state has earned this designation. Any surgery performed elsewhere will probably not be covered. If your insurance will not cover any weight loss surgery, ask the obesity centers finance office if they make financial arrangements. They are often able to help you find a way to pay for their services. Mobisodes for Your Mobile Phone

Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Lance_Winslow]Lance Winslow Have you heard the new term Mobisodes? What is a Mobisode? Well, it is a mini television episode that is specially made for a mobile phone user. More and more mobile phones these days are coming with video displays and they are able to surf the Internet and have decent download speeds. Enough in fact to prompt entrepreneurial investors, high-tech companies and venture capitalists to design more features. The Mobisode is born out of the desire of the customer to have more video features. Who created the term Mobisodes? FOX News did as they see a venue here to deliver news sound and video bytes to mobile phone users. Many neurologists and research centers that use fMRI technologies to study the brain, believe this might also give the user peaked enhanced brain waves or a temporary boost. This is because a mini-episode will in fact stimulate the visual part of the brain. Does this mean your mobile phone will replace your television set? Perhaps not now, but with the new iPod video players and Microsofts Zune in the future along with these Mobisodes for mobile phones, it appears that entrepreneurs may find a way to take some market share from TV and make some real money. Significance Of Protein Intake In Weight Loss

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

By Dr. PJ Prakash Obesity has been increasing with an unprecedented rate in the United States and the rest of the world. There are approximately 65% overweight people in the U.S. and about 33% are clinically obese. This trend is also rising among children and teens. Due to the other health issues related with excess body weight, such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardio-vascular diseases, obesity is perceived as an epidemic. In the recent years, there has been a significant discussion about the effect of high proteins foods on weight loss. The first person to suggest this correlation was Dr. Atkins through his Atkins diet program. This started a series of marketing campaigns by the food industry promoting their high protein foods. These marketing nudges seem to have brought a misconception among the common public that any food high in proteins would help to lose weight. This article highlights the importance of protein nutrition for general health and well being along with its role in weight regulation. A good protein intake is required for optimum heath as our muscles, which constitute about 40-50% of the human body mass, are mostly composed of proteins. Proteins are made of amino acids, which therefore are building blocks for the human body. The amino acids supplied from dietary protein are needed for synthesis of body proteins in muscle, organs, bone and skin, and for synthesis of enzymes, certain hormones, antibodies and a host of specialized products. Certain amino acids are essential for proper functioning of the body and the brain, such as tryptophan found in corn. In addition, proteins are essential as various specific proteins produced as a result of gene expression carry out all general functioning of the body. That is, the genetic pool of the human body that is composed of DNA and its associated genes gives rise to specific proteins that carry out their individual functions. Deficiencies of protein or one or more of the essential amino acids leads to reduced growth in children or loss of muscle mass in adults. A diet high in proteins has been related to weight loss and weight maintenance in various recent studies. Protein keeps the body satisfied for a longer time, the feeling of satiety. There is convincing evidence that a higher protein intake increases thermogenesis (the process of burning fat to produce body heat) and satiety as compared to diets of lower protein content. The weight of evidence also suggests that high protein meals lead to a reduced subsequent energy intake. Some evidence also suggests that diets higher in proteins result in increased weight loss and fat loss as compared to diets lower in protein. (1). Protein plays a key role in food intake regulation through satiety related to diet-induced thermogenesis. Protein also plays a key role in body weight regulation through its effect on thermogenesis and body composition. A high percentage of energy from dietary protein limits body weight (re)gain through its satiety and energy inefficiency related to the change in body composition. (2) Fairly recently, Dr. Frank Hu at the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, Massachusetts published a review on the effects of high protein diets on weight loss (1). Followings are the key points of this review: Although authors of some fad diets have advocated increasing dietary protein for weight loss, not until recently have studies begun to investigate the effects of high protein diets on weight loss. Convincing evidence exists that protein exerts an increased thermic effect when compared to fat and carbohydrate. Evidence is also convincing that higher protein diets increase satiety when compared to lower protein diets. Higher protein diets may facilitate weight loss when compared to a lower protein diet in the short term (within 6 months). But long-term data are limited. Exchange of protein for carbohydrates has been shown to improve blood lipids, and in epidemiologic studies, higher protein diets have been associated with lower blood pressure and reduced risk of coronary heart disease. Although the optimal amount and sources of protein cannot be determined at this time, the weight of evidence suggests that in dietary practice, it may be beneficial to partially replace refined carbohydrate with protein sources that are low in saturated fat. In summary, a good protein nutrition is essential for body muscle mass and essential amino acids. In addition, high protein intake seems to have an effect on weight loss and weigh maintenance due to its effect on satiety and thermogenesis. However, a careful selection of the protein foods should be made, as the high-protein foods are also generally high in fat, for example red meat such as beef and pork. If the diet has to be modified by including high-protein foods, the selection criteria should include plant-protein food sources, such as soy, beans, pulses, as they are generally low in fat. The good sources of animal proteins are fish and chicken as they are in general low in saturated fat and high in unsaturated fats, such as omega-3 fatty acids. References: 1. Halton H. and Hu F. In Order To Grow A Beautiful Rose Garden You Need The Right Rose Garden Tools And Necessities

Monday, January 21st, 2008

By Tim Gorman After the difficult decisions involved in planning your rose garden, the next step is to start planting your roses. It becomes obvious that in order to have a successful rose garden, you need rose gardening tools and products. Most of what you need are standard gardening tools. However, roses can be temperamental plants, so it is important that you take care of them properly using the right gardening tools. Be prepared ahead of time and your planting job and rose maintenance will be much easier. You need to plant your roses in soft dirt, so often a garden claw or an earth auger is necessary to get the soil loosened up. This prepares a great comfy spot for your roses. A shovel will allow you dig a nice deep hole to make sure the roots go down deep enough to take hold. Roots should never, ever be exposed; cold weather can be fatal to your roses. If you are concerned about a deep freeze, mulch can simply be applied to the areas around your roses, which helps insulate the soil and roots. Planting roses requires gloves. Thorns will be a problem when you plant and prune, so dont forget to buy a good pair of gardening gloves. You will also need gardening shears and hedge pruners to keep your roses shapely and free of dead, wilted blossoms. Roses often attract bugs and diseases. It is a good idea to keep on hand products that repel insects and prevent disease. Do not hesitate to approach a professional gardener or a nursery owner/employee to ask about the bug and insect problems in your rose garden. They will often be able to help you diagnose the problem and suggest good remedies. If you are Internet savvy, you can also find information online on how to deal with rose garden pests. Wedding Traditions of Different Cultures, Part 2

Sunday, January 20th, 2008

By Tracey Wilson This is part two in a series about different wedding traditions in various countries. For good luck the Irish believe in the sun shining on the bride, to hear the cuckoo on the wedding morning, to see three magpies, and after the wedding ceremony it is important that a man, and not a woman, be the first to wish joy to the new bride. Some Irish people will wear a claddagh ring for a wedding ring. This ring was created by a master goldsmith. It symbolizes love, loyalty and friendship. When worn on the right hand, with the heart facing inward, means the wearers heart is unoccupied.. When the heart is facing outward, it means love is being considered. When worn on the left hand facing outward, it means the wearer is seriously committed to marry. At some Irish weddings, the groom is lifted in a chair (jaunting chair), to celebrate that he is a married man. For good luck, the newlyweds are given a horseshoe to display in their home, in the upward position. In a Chinese wedding, the bride may wear a red dress which symbolizes love and joy. A family member may reenact the newlyweds courtship, do introductions and toasts. At the wedding reception, a nine-course meal, which can last up to three hours, is very popular. The priest blesses the rings and makes the sign of the cross over the groom’s head. The koumbaros (best man), exchanges the rings three times, taking the bride’s rings and placing it on the groom’s finger, and vice-versa. This exchange signifies that the weakness of one partner will be compensated by the strength of the other, and the imperfections of one, by the perfections of the other. Candles are held throughout the wedding ceremony. The candles symbolize the five wise maidens of the Bible who, because they had enough oil in them, were able to receive Christ when He came in the darkness of night. To become husband and wife in Japan, the couple takes sips of sake, becoming husband and wife after the first sip. The bride’s gown is often the traditional kimono. She usually changes at the reception. In Mexico, for fun and entertainment, a traditional pinata is used. Guests usually form a heart-shaped ring around the couple before the newlyweds dance. Red beads are sometimes tossed at the couple to bring good luck.
